We reserve the right to refuse service to guests who do not adhere to our terms and conditions, as well as to individuals affiliated with organized crime or other antisocial groups. Thank you for your understanding.

How to Make a Reservation

Accommodation Rates

For the best rates on your stay,please book directly through our official website

The pricing consists of a base rate plus a per-person rate (¥5,000 per person).

Example
For 15 guests on a day with a base rate of ¥60,000:
¥60,000 (base rate) + ¥75,000 (15 guests × ¥5,000) = Total: ¥135,000
Please check the base rate here, as it varies depending on the day.

Options &
Additional Guests

Accommodates up to 20 guests.

You can add more guests or options via the URL provided in your confirmation email.
Please note that this service is available exclusively for reservations made via our official website.

If you made your booking through other reservation sites, please contact us via email for assistance.

Reservation Changes

If the number of guests decreases or if you need to cancel any options, please notify us via email at least one week prior to your stay.
Your request will be confirmed upon our reply.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or change your reservation due to personal reasons, the following cancellation fees will apply:

Regarding the dates of use, the following cancellation fees apply:

More than 31 days before: No fee
30 days before: 50%
10 days before: 80%
5 days before: Full amount

We will refund the remaining amount after deducting a 5% administrative fee.

Payment Information

Advance Credit Card Payment

Note:Debit cards are not accepted.
Payment is generally processed by credit card in advance. The payment will typically be processed 5 to 1 days prior to your stay.

Credit Card Error

If the credit card you provided at the time of booking cannot be processed for the payment of your stay, we will send you a payment URL via email. Please complete the payment procedure through the provided URL.

Your reservation will not be confirmed until the payment is completed, so please ensure to follow up promptly.
Please note that payments made through the provided URL will be processed immediately.

If you wish to check in after 6pm, please contact us in advance.

Key Information

The keys will be provided by our on-site manager during check-in.

Other Information

Regarding Children's Rates

Children under the age of 4 who do not require a futon bedding are accommodated free of charge.

Outdoor Use

The courtyard is available until 8:00 PM.
The riverside terrace has no lighting, so please enjoy it until sunset.

Please be considerate of the neighbors, as sound travels easily at night.

Only handheld fireworks are allowed.
Fireworks that make loud noises or shoot into the air are strictly prohibited.

For safety reasons, bonfires and open fires are not permitted on the property.

Regarding the Use
by Minors Only

Please submit a parental consent form for each minor. Use is permitted only if the terms and conditions are adhered to. Please review the documents and submit them via email in advance.

Regarding Pet Accompaniment

Pets are allowed under certain conditions, but you must notify us in advance if you plan to bring a pet.

・Pets are not allowed inside the building.
・Pets are not allowed to relieve themselves on the premises. (Please bring pet toilet sheets or similar items.)
・Please bring a cage or similar enclosure and secure your pet in the earthen floor area near the entrance or on the external terrace.
・Pets must not damage the garden plants, gravel, or any part of the property.

Regarding the Natural Environment

Our house is surrounded by the rich nature of Miyama and is built in a traditional Japanese style.

We do our best to keep the house comfortable and clean. However, because of the natural environment, insects may sometimes enter the house.
Please understand that it is difficult to completely prevent this in this area.

We hope you enjoy the beautiful seasonal nature, the sound of the nearby river, and the special atmosphere that can only be experienced here.
